ADMISSION NOTICE -2024

Applications are invited for admission in Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery Course (3Yrs.) starting from 1st August 2024.

Eligibility:-

  1. Minimum educational qualification is Pass in 10+2 with 40% marks in English and minimum 40% marks (aggregate) in subjects.
  2.  Candidates should be between 17-35 years of age.
  3. Student shall be physically and mentally fit to undergo the training.
  4. Only unmarried, female candidates need to apply.
  5. Hostel compulsory.

Prescribed application form and prospectus can be obtained from the College office (Fatima College of Nursing, 18, Krishna Colony Mahanagar Lucknow) during working hours between 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M from 1st March 2024, on payment of Rs. 400/- by cash.

The last date for issuing the application form will be 15th June 2024.                                                                                             

Note: The office will be closed on Sundays.

Duration of the course
B.Sc. Nursing – 4Yrs. The medium of instruction is English.

GNM – 3Yrs. The medium of instruction is English.

Eligibility for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing(4Yrs.)

1, Candidates should be between 17 and 35 years of age, by 31 December of the current year.

2.Candidates should be female and unmarried. Physically and mentally fit to undergo the training.

3.The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of : Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2)
Or
An equivalent with 12 years of schooling from a recognized board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (PCBE). 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates

Originals of certificates are to be produced at the time of interview. The application form duly filled in along with all the required documents and form fees along with DD Rs. 300/- should be sent by Registered post to : The Principal, College of Nursing, Fatima Hospital, 35-C Mahanagar, Lucknow, U.P. 226006.   D.D. should be made in favor of Fatima school of Nursing, Lucknow.

Applications are available from 25th May to 25th June 2023.  Last date of form submission 8th July 2023
